Check-in
The online check-in must be successfully completed no later than the day before arrival. If this is the case, arrival on the day of check-in is possible from 11:00 a.m. onwards. If the online check-in is not completed, arrival is only possible between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please also respect quiet hours if arriving after 9:00 p.m.

Check-out
Check-out is possible until 12:00 noon. Upon departure, please place the key on the magnet at the entrance door of the apartment. This signals our cleaning staff that they can begin. During your stay, please do not hang the key on the magnet, in order to prevent unauthorized access.

During your stay you have the option to rent bicycles. Simply scan the QR code on the bike in the garage with your phone camera, open the link and agree to the terms of use. The bike rental is an additional service and will be charged as a flat rate for the entire duration of your stay. Alternatively, you can also make your booking directly via the following link.

At the door of the vacation apartment you can take the key (clicker) for your garage. The garage is designed for storing your bicycles or motorcycles.

Note:
1) Modernization:
The garage is currently still being modernized. No renovation work will take place during your stay.

2) Parking possibility in the garage:
The garage can also be used to park a vehicle. However, please note the tight space conditions, which can make parking difficult. We especially recommend drivers of larger vehicles to exercise caution.

3) Disclaimer for garage use:
Use of the garage is at your own risk. The landlord accepts no liability for damage caused by parking or maneuvering.

If you make an incorrect entry on the keypad, wait until it beeps or press “c” for cancel. You can then start entering again.

At the door of the apartment you can take the key (clicker) for your vacation apartment. The key includes 2 clickers: black for the apartment and grey for the front door. To open the door, please press the corresponding clicker. Opening does not work by simply holding the clicker close!

There are no closing times for the front door in the accommodation.
Please do not lock the front door at any time during the day, as it is used as an escape route.

Due to previous long internet outages via cable providers, we now use satellite internet in the holiday apartment. Download speed is up to 300 MBit/s and upload up to 20 MBit/s. Because of the type of connection, there may be fluctuations depending on the time of day and satellite position.

"If a red LED is lit in the middle below the TV, the TV is off but still connected to power. Press the red button (top center) on the remote control to turn on the TV. The red LED will turn off, and after a few seconds, a picture will appear.

Channels and Apps

Satellite TV:
TV is switched on. Press the "Source" button and select "Satellite" as the source, then confirm with OK on the remote.

Streaming Services NETFLIX:
An account is already set up and can be used directly. To open the Netflix app, press the "Netflix" button on the remote.

DVD Player:
DVD movies are located in the TV cabinet under the TV. Turn on the DVD player and insert a DVD. Press Source on the TV remote, select DVD as the source in the menu, and confirm with the OK button on the remote. (If a remote control for the DVD player is desired, it can be provided upon request.)

In our accommodation there are labeled bins for separate waste disposal. Separation is done for environmental reasons and contributes to sustainable waste management.
  • In the apartment you will find bins for daily use.
  • Larger containers are available in the garage, where you can dispose of full garbage bags.
  • Please use paper bags only for organic waste.
  • No bags are needed for paper and glass bins.

  • Contact person: If you are missing something in the apartment or need help, please contact the landlord.
  • Right of use: All items located in the vacation apartment, on the balcony or terrace, or belonging to it may be used by the guests.
  • Duty of care: Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property properly.
  • Fellow travelers: The tenant ensures that fellow travelers and visitors also comply with the rental conditions.

  • Immediate reporting: Please report any damage occurring during your stay immediately (by phone or e-mail) to the landlord.
  • Legal liability: Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves, their fellow travelers or visitors in accordance with legal regulations, in particular for the costs of necessary repair or replacement.
  • No self-commissioning: Without prior consent of the landlord, no craftsmen or service providers may be commissioned; exceptions are emergencies to prevent imminent further damage.
  • Damage reduction: Everything reasonable must be done to prevent consequential damage (e.g. turn off water, switch off electricity, ventilate).
  • Documentation: Please support damage recording with a short description and – if possible – photos.

  • Smoke, heat and CO detectors are installed in the accommodation.
  • Prohibition of tampering: The tenant must not remove, cover, damage or otherwise tamper with detectors.
  • Cost bearing: If the tenant causes a false alarm through improper behavior (in particular open fire, significant smoke/steam development, manipulation of detectors) which triggers a fire department operation, he/she bears the resulting costs within the framework of legal provisions.
  • Duty to inform: Any alarm must be reported to the landlord immediately, even if it is a false alarm.

  • Duty of care: For insurance reasons, please do not store valuables, jewelry or cash openly in the accommodation or in the vehicle.
  • Disclaimer: The landlord accepts no liability for the loss of valuables in the accommodation, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
  • Safe: A valuables safe is not yet available in the accommodation; however, installation is planned.

  • Cleaning agents: Cleaning products stored in the base cabinet are secured with a lock. This only serves as an obstacle and does not provide complete protection against forced opening or tampering. Please pay particular attention to your children.
  • Restricted areas: Directly adjacent to the terrace, separated by a fence with a gate, are areas that do not belong to the vacation apartment. Access to these areas is strictly prohibited for safety reasons, as potential hazards exist there.
  • Supervision obligation: Please ensure that children in particular do not have access to the mentioned areas.
  • Structural measures: An improvement of access security is already planned. For questions or suggestions regarding safety, please contact the landlord at any time.

  • Cleanliness: Dishes, pots, pans and cutlery must only be returned to the cupboards clean and dry.
  • Heat protection: Hot pots, pans or other items must not be placed on tables or work surfaces without coasters.
  • Cutting protection: Cutting boards must be used for cutting food; please do not cut directly on tables or work surfaces.
  • Appliances: Oven and microwave must be left clean after use.

  • Disposal: Please dispose of completely cooled cigarette remains in the residual waste bin.
  • Cost regulation: In case of violation, an additional fee of 300 EUR will be charged for the required intensive cleaning.

  • No transfer: Keys must not be passed on to third parties.
  • Loss: Loss of keys must be reported to the landlord immediately. For the necessary replacement of the locking system, costs of up to 160 EUR may be incurred, which must be borne by the tenant.
  • Return: Upon departure, all access keys must be properly returned to the entrance door on the magnet.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

This wireless network (Wi-Fi) is a voluntary, free service for guests of our vacation apartment at Anton-Dietrichstr. 11, 65375 Oestrich-Winkel. We try to operate the Wi-Fi service as reliably and securely as possible. However, the following applies: You install and use the Wi-Fi at your own risk. We do not guarantee availability or security, nor do we accept liability for possible damages. Data transmission in Wi-Fi can be intercepted. Internet traffic via our access – as is common with public hotspots – is not encrypted. Anyone using data networks or even connecting their computer to them runs the risk of their computer being misused and their data being spied on, manipulated or deleted. We cannot prevent attacks from the Internet or the guest network. You are responsible for protecting your system, e.g. by using a personal firewall and antivirus software. We reserve the right to interrupt the Wi-Fi service at any time and without prior notice or reasons, and to filter Internet connections automatically according to youth protection aspects. We store and process username and connection data (IP address, MAC (computer) address, times) insofar as this is necessary for performance, error or misuse analysis. We reserve the right to disclose user information at any time if we deem it necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or requests from law enforcement authorities. Username and password may only be used by you and your fellow travelers for the duration of your stay. You must keep them secret and not pass them on.
