Freshness

1. For each guest, approximately 100g of fresh beans are provided in the container, along with freshly filled water.
2. No water or beans from previous guests are used. Everything is freshly prepared for you.
3. The machine is cleaned for every guest. This includes cleaning the exterior and interior of the machine, as well as the brew group and drip tray.

Preparing a Coffee

1. The panel is a touch display and only requires light touches. Now press the power button.

Refilling Coffee Beans

1. Remove the rubber cap from the bean container. You can now refill the beans. Please ensure that only coffee beans are placed in the container. Any foreign objects must be removed. Close the bean container again by replacing the rubber cap.

Due to previous long internet outages via cable providers, we now use satellite internet in the holiday apartment. Download speed is up to 300 MBit/s and upload up to 20 MBit/s. Because of the type of connection, there may be fluctuations depending on the time of day and satellite position.

Turning on the TV:
If a red LED is lit in the center underneath the TV, the television is switched off but connected to power. Press the red power button (top center) on the remote control to turn on the TV. The red LED will turn off, and after a few seconds the picture will appear.

Streaming:
Press the "Netflix" button on the remote control to automatically open the Netflix app. Alternatively, press the Home button and start the app manually. A Netflix account for the holiday apartment is already set up. You do not need to use your own account.

PS5:
Press the "Source" button on the remote control and select the PS5 input. Turn on the PS5 by pressing the PS logo button on a PS5 controller. Once the console has fully started, you can use the account "FeWo".

You can give the robot vacuum commands in 3 simple steps.

1. Wake up the robot by saying “OK, Dreame".
2. Wait until the robot responds with “I’m here".
3. Then give the robot one of the following voice commands:

You can control the cleaning robot in 3 simple steps.

• Use: The cleaning robot is available for your use as long as the floors are dry and free of loose objects.
• Soiling: Please use the robot only on normally soiled surfaces. It must not be used to clean liquids, vomit, animal waste, or similar contamination.
• Area: The robot is intended for indoor use only. It should not be used on the terrace or in any outdoor areas.
• Handling: After completing its cleaning cycle, the robot will automatically return to its station. Please avoid making any changes to the station or placing obstacles that could block its access.
• Care: Please do not lift, disassemble, or intentionally block the robot during operation.
• Children: The cleaning robot is a household appliance and is not intended to be operated by children or used as a toy. Please ensure that children do not start or handle the robot, even when it is in the charging station. In addition, please make sure that no toys or small objects are left on the floor during operation.
• Liability: Please handle the robot with care. In the event of damage caused by improper use, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.

All provided food items are, of course, within the recommended best-before date during your stay. The original packaging with best-before date can be viewed upon request.

In our accommodation there are labeled bins for separate waste disposal. Separation is done for environmental reasons and contributes to sustainable waste management.

• In the apartment you will find bins for daily use.
• Larger containers are available in the garage, where you can dispose of full garbage bags.
• Please use paper bags only for organic waste.
• No bags are needed for paper and glass bins.
• Please always use garbage bags in all other bins – especially in the bathroom – and close them tightly before disposal.
• ⚠️ Please do not dispose of waste, food scraps, liquids or hygiene products via the toilet, sink, washbasin or shower, as this may cause blockages.

How to Use the Sauna

1. Before using the sauna, please read the usage instructions displayed next to the sauna. These instructions are for your safety.
2. Turn on the sauna light first. The light switch is located next to the posted usage instructions.
3. Inside the sauna, you can set both the operating time and the temperature on the sauna heater. Please set the controls as shown in the picture as a basic setting and close the sauna door when leaving the sauna.
   
   
4. After about 60 minutes (depending on the outside temperature), the sauna will reach approximately 60 °C (140 °F). For a longer sauna session or higher temperatures, you can increase the settings on the controls.

Wash programmes / Waschprogramme

Mischwäsche / Mixed wash

For washing lightly to normally soiled durable garments made of cotton, linen, synthetic fibres and mixed fibres.

Eco 40-60

For normally soiled cotton laundry that can be washed together in the same cycle at 40 °C or 60 °C. Standard cotton programme – the most efficient in terms of water and energy consumption.

Baumwolle / Cottons

Normally to heavily soiled and durable cottons.

Pflegeleicht / Synthetics

For washing soiled garments made of synthetic fibres (such as polyester, polyacrylic, viscose, etc.) or cotton/synthetic blends.

Feinwäsche / Delicates

For washing particularly delicate garments. It is recommended to turn the garments inside out before washing.

Wolle / Wool

All wool garments can be washed using the “Wool” programme, even those labelled “Hand wash only”. Use special detergent and do not exceed the maximum kg load for the laundry.

Schleudern / Spin

Spins the load and then drains the water. For durable laundry.

Spülen & Schleudern / Rinse & Spin

Separate rinse and intensive spin programme. For durable laundry.

Wasser sparen / Aqua saver

For lightly soiled laundry made of synthetic fibres or synthetic/cotton blends. Economy programme with very low water consumption. Use liquid detergent in the lowest recommended amount for 2.5 kg. Do not use fabric softener.

Maximum stain removal performance without pre-treatment at low temperatures – protects fabrics and colours.

Sport

Normally soiled and sweaty sportswear made of cotton/jersey or microfibres. Includes a prewash cycle – detergent can also be added to the prewash compartment. Do not use fabric softener.

Schnell 30' / Rapid 30'

For a quick wash of lightly soiled garments. This cycle lasts only 30 minutes and saves time and energy.

Farben / Colours

White and pastel-coloured garments made of delicate fabrics. Gentle wash programme against greying or yellowing. Use heavy-duty detergent and, if necessary, stain remover or oxygen-based bleach. Do not use liquid detergent.

• Right of use: All items located in the vacation apartment, on the balcony or terrace, or belonging to it may be used by the guests.
• Duty of care: Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property properly.
• Fellow travelers: The tenant ensures that fellow travelers and visitors also comply with the rental conditions.

• Immediate reporting: Please report any damage occurring during your stay immediately (by phone or e-mail) to the landlord.
• Legal liability: Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves, their fellow travelers or visitors in accordance with legal regulations, in particular for the costs of necessary repair or replacement.
• No self-commissioning: Without prior consent of the landlord, no craftsmen or service providers may be commissioned; exceptions are emergencies to prevent imminent further damage.
• Damage reduction: Everything reasonable must be done to prevent consequential damage (e.g. turn off water, switch off electricity, ventilate).
• Documentation: Please support damage recording with a short description and – if possible – photos.

• Smoke, heat and CO detectors are installed in the accommodation.
• Prohibition of tampering: The tenant must not remove, cover, damage or otherwise tamper with detectors.
• Cost bearing: If the tenant causes a false alarm through improper behavior (in particular open fire, significant smoke/steam development, manipulation of detectors) which triggers a fire department operation, he/she bears the resulting costs within the framework of legal provisions.
• Duty to inform: Any alarm must be reported to the landlord immediately, even if it is a false alarm.

• Duty of care: For insurance reasons, please do not store valuables, jewelry or cash openly in the accommodation or in the vehicle.
• Disclaimer: The landlord accepts no liability for the loss of valuables in the accommodation, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
• Safe: A valuables safe is not yet available in the accommodation; however, installation is planned.

• Cleanliness: Dishes, pots, pans and cutlery must only be returned to the cupboards clean and dry.
• Heat protection: Hot pots, pans or other items must not be placed on tables or work surfaces without coasters.
• Cutting protection: Cutting boards must be used for cutting food; please do not cut directly on tables or work surfaces.
• Appliances: Oven and microwave must be left clean after use.

• Cost regulation: In case of violation, an additional fee of 300 EUR will be charged for the required intensive cleaning.

• No transfer: Keys must not be passed on to third parties.
• Loss: Loss of keys must be reported to the landlord immediately. For the necessary replacement of the locking system, costs of up to 160 EUR may be incurred, which must be borne by the tenant.
• Return: Upon departure, all access keys must be properly returned to the entrance door on the magnet.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

This wireless network (Wi-Fi) is a voluntary, free service for guests of our vacation apartment at Anton-Dietrichstr. 11, 65375 Oestrich-Winkel. We try to operate the Wi-Fi service as reliably and securely as possible. However, the following applies: You install and use the Wi-Fi at your own risk. We do not guarantee availability or security, nor do we accept liability for possible damages. Data transmission in Wi-Fi can be intercepted. Internet traffic via our access – as is common with public hotspots – is not encrypted. Anyone using data networks or even connecting their computer to them runs the risk of their computer being misused and their data being spied on, manipulated or deleted. We cannot prevent attacks from the Internet or the guest network. You are responsible for protecting your system, e.g. by using a personal firewall and antivirus software. We reserve the right to interrupt the Wi-Fi service at any time and without prior notice or reasons, and to filter Internet connections automatically according to youth protection aspects. We store and process username and connection data (IP address, MAC (computer) address, times) insofar as this is necessary for performance, error or misuse analysis. We reserve the right to disclose user information at any time if we deem it necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or requests from law enforcement authorities. Username and password may only be used by you and your fellow travelers for the duration of your stay. You must keep them secret and not pass them on.
